One of our boutique Financial Services Firm is looking for their next CFO. This role involves experience in Accounting & Finance together.

Summary:
This position will be responsible for managing the organizations financial operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing strategic financial guidance to support business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and expertise in financial accounting, budgeting, financial systems, strategic financial planning and problem solving.
- Manage a small team of around 2-3 people.
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of financial statements, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with accounting standards.
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes, including consolidation and reporting for multiple entities.
- Prepare reports and deliver actionable insights to senior management and stakeholders.
- Lead financial due diligence for potential mergers, acquisitions, or partnerships.
- Manage the organizations cash flow, ensuring adequate liquidity for operational needs and investment activities.
- Oversee Finance functions including cash forecasting, investment management, and banking relationships.
Qualifications:
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) required.
- 10+ years of experience in a management role in Finance & Accounting
- Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, analysis, KPI development and reporting.
- Expertise in financial software and systems with the ability to leverage AI to promote efficiency.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex financial information to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
Salary Range: 200K-225K+ Bonus
