Then come and join our global team as Sales Operations Specialist – CEE Zone (f/m/d) to support commercial excellence across the Central & Eastern Europe (CEE) Zone, operating within a complex landscape of direct and indirect markets. You will drive business intelligence, sales performance management, portfolio conversion initiatives, and backorder/allocation management to support revenue growth, customer retention, and operational performance. The role requires close collaboration with country organizations, global stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.
Even more flexibility? Mobile working from abroad is possible for up to 30 days a year under certain conditions and in selected countries.
This position can be filled in various of our Siemens Healthineers sites, e.g. Germany, Austria, Poland, Czech Republich or the Netherlands.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
- You develop and maintain zone-level and executive dashboards, reports, and business insights that enable data-driven decision-making across the CEE Sales Operations team and leadership.
- You act as the central coordination point between countries, regional management, and global functions to support operational excellence and performance improvement.
- You establish and continuously enhance sales performance and commission management processes through data analytics and actionable business insights.
- You drive portfolio conversion initiatives and legacy installed base reduction programs, providing recommendations that accelerate transformation, improve forecast transparency, and protect revenue.
- You ensure portfolio transformation plans are fully integrated into forecasting, planning, budgeting, and resource allocation processes.
- You proactively monitor back orders, product allocations, and supply risks, driving mitigation measures and supporting the resolution of customer escalations.

Your qualifications and experience:
- You hold a master’s degree in business administration, economics, data analytics, engineering, or a related field.
- You bring several years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Intelligence, Commercial Excellence, Portfolio Management, or a comparable business function, ideally in an international, matrix-based organization, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Alternatively, you have successfully completed a bachelor’s degree and bring many years of experience in the respective fields.
- You demonstrate strong project management skills and the ability to drive initiatives in an interdisciplinary environment.
- You have experience managing sales incentive or commission programs.
- You possess sound expertise in analyzing complex datasets and translating findings into actionable business recommendations, supported by proficiency in reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SAP Analytics Cloud, or similar platforms, as well as CRM systems such as Salesforce.

- You communicate fluently in English and thrive in an international environment; additional regional languages are considered an advantage.
- You demonstrate strong analytical skills and translate complex data into actionable business insights.
- You possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills and effectively influence stakeholders across a cross-functional matrix organization.
- You effectively manage multiple priorities, demonstrate a strong sense of ownership, and drive execution.
- You combine attention to detail with strategic thinking and proactively drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- You foster collaboration through a customer-focused and solution-oriented approach.
- You are open to occasional business travel (approximately 10%).
