Overview:
As the Chief Revenue Officer, you will report directly to the CEO and oversee the sales, marketing, and customer success teams. Your strategic leadership will be instrumental in driving international growth, optimising revenue strategies, and ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Global Expansion: Create the GTM for the company’s entry into new countries, identifying growth opportunities.
- Develop and Implement Revenue Strategies: Create and execute data-driven strategies to maximise revenue and drive business growth.
- Lead Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success: Set and manage goals, optimise processes, and inspire teams to achieve exceptional results.
- Innovate Lead Generation: Design and deploy cutting-edge strategies to attract and convert high-value prospects and enhance visibility.
- Optimise Campaign ROI: Ensure marketing and communication initiatives deliver optimal returns on investment.
- Ensure Successful Product Deployments: Oversee product launches and customer onboarding, consistently aiming for high satisfaction levels.
- Establish Strategic Partnerships: Build and maintain relationships with key industry partners to strengthen market presence.

Candidate Requirements:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
- Leadership Experience: 10+ years in senior roles with proven experience in driving SaaS revenue growth, including working for start-ups or scale-ups within the sector.
- Industry Expertise: Deep understanding of the healthcare market.
- Proven Success: Track record of scaling revenue and achieving measurable growth in competitive markets.
