CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER (CFO)
Las Vegas, Nevada | $250,000 to $325,000 Base + Incentives | Reports to CEO
We are seeking an experienced, highly analytical and operationally oriented Chief Financial Officer to lead the financial organization of a diversified group of hospitality, resort, vacation ownership and membership businesses.
The CFO will report directly to the CEO and serve as a key member of the executive leadership team. This role requires an executive who can move beyond traditional accounting and reporting to provide the financial intelligence, analysis and leadership necessary to improve operating performance, profitability and cash flow.

Key Responsibilities
The CFO will oversee the company’s finance and accounting functions, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, FP&A, treasury, cash management, controls, audits and financial systems.
The CFO will also partner closely with the CEO and operating leadership to:
- Develop business-unit, property and program-level profitability reporting
- Improve forecasting, cash flow and capital allocation
- Establish meaningful operating KPIs and executive dashboards
- Analyze resort occupancy, rental rates, inventory utilization and property performance
- Evaluate sales, marketing and customer-acquisition economics
- Analyze loan portfolios, receivables, delinquencies, collections and servicing performance
- Measure member retention, utilization, cost-to-serve and lifetime value
- Evaluate new investments, programs and strategic opportunities
- Modernize financial reporting through technology, automation, data analytics and AI
- Build a disciplined, scalable finance and accounting organization
Ideal Candidate
We are particularly interested in candidates with senior financial leadership experience in resort management, hospitality, condominium/HOA management, timeshare/vacation ownership, property management or other complex multi-entity businesses.
HOA and resort management experience is highly desired.
Strong candidates should have:
- CFO, VP Finance, divisional CFO, Controller or comparable senior leadership experience
- Strong accounting, FP&A, budgeting and financial modeling capabilities
- Experience with multi-entity and/or multi-property operations
- Strong cash-flow, financial-control and management-reporting experience
- Ability to translate financial data into actionable operating decisions
- Strong technology, analytics and financial-systems orientation
- A hands-on, entrepreneurial and performance-driven leadership style
- Minimum of CPA/CMA required with substantial relevant experience.
Compensation
Base Salary: $250,000–$325,000, depending upon experience, plus performance-based incentives and executive benefits.
