RPM Ventures LLC is seeking an experienced
Vice President of Finance / Chief Financial Officer to join our leadership team and serve as a strategic financial partner to ownership and senior management.
RPM Ventures is a growing, multi-location organization with operations across multiple states. We are looking for a operationally minded financial leader who combines strong financial expertise with practical business judgment and can translate financial information into actionable business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial modeling.
- Develop meaningful KPIs, dashboards, and management reporting to provide clear visibility into company and location-level performance.
- Analyze financial and operating results to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and areas for improvement.
- Manage and forecast cash flow, liquidity, capital requirements, and capital allocation.
- Evaluate profitability, pricing strategies, and operating performance.
- Analyze new locations, capital investments, financing opportunities, and other growth initiatives.
- Partner with ownership and operational leadership on strategic planning and major business decisions.
- Help develop scalable financial and operational processes as the company grows.
- Maintain relationships with banking and financial partners.
- Coordinate with outside accounting, tax, and advisory firms on accounting, tax, and financial-reporting matters.
Ideal Candidate
- Significant senior-level finance experience as a VP of Finance, CFO, Head of Finance, or similar role.
- Strong financial planning, forecasting, cash-flow management, and analytical capabilities.
- Experience developing KPIs and management reporting that drive business decisions.
- Strong understanding of operational performance and its connection to financial results.
- Experience evaluating capital investments, growth opportunities, pricing, and profitability.
- Strong business judgment and the ability to communicate financial information clearly to owners and operating leaders.
- Comfortable working in a hands-on, entrepreneurial environment.
- Experience helping a growing company strengthen and professionalize its financial and operational management.
Experience with a
multi-location, franchise, retail, automotive, or service-based business is preferred.
