Build the operating system for an AI-native revenue engine.
monō ai exists to help organisations go AI-native — so people can do the best work of their lives, and organisations can achieve what was never possible before.
We sit inside client teams, build real systems on their infrastructure and prove value in weeks — not with a roadmap, but with working capability.
We are looking for an ambitious, highly capable operator to join us in Australia and help build the operating system behind our own growth. This is a founding-team role centred on revenue operations, with a smaller generalist and IT operations remit during the first few months.
The role
As Revenue Operations Manager, you will make it easier for monō ai to generate, manage and convert revenue. You will bring structure, visibility and momentum to the full revenue lifecycle - from target account and pipeline management through proposals, contracting, client onboarding, delivery handover, expansion and reporting.
You will work across strategy and detail. One day you may be improving CRM data and pipeline visibility; the next you may be redesigning our opportunity process, building a GTM dashboard, tightening the handover from sales to delivery or automating a recurring workflow with AI.
For the first few months, approximately 25% of your effort will support broader business operations and internal IT operations. This is intentional: you will learn how monō ai works, remove practical blockers and help establish a reliable operating foundation. As the company grows and the operating system matures, the role will become increasingly focused on RevOps.
What you will doRevenue operations — your core remit
● Own and continuously improve the operating rhythm across the revenue lifecycle: target accounts, pipeline, opportunities, proposals, commercial commitments, onboarding, delivery handover and expansion.
● Maintain a reliable source of truth for CRM, pipeline, account, opportunity and commercial data.
● Improve CRM hygiene, data quality, stage definitions, required fields, activity capture and reporting discipline.
● Build practical dashboards and reporting covering pipeline coverage, conversion, velocity, forecast confidence, sales activity and delivery/commercial risk.
● Shape and improve sales processes, qualification criteria, stage gates, handoffs and next-step discipline with the GTM team.
● Support account planning, meeting preparation, opportunity reviews and pipeline reviews with accurate information and clear actions.
● Coordinate proposals, statements of work, order forms, commercial approvals and client onboarding so commitments are clear and nothing falls through the cracks.
● Improve the handover between sales, delivery and operations, ensuring client context, scope, owners, dependencies and next actions are captured.
● Identify bottlenecks across the revenue process and simplify, document or automate them where practical.
● Build repeatable GTM workflows and playbooks, using AI-first approaches where they improve speed, quality or consistency.
● Partner with the Finance team and leadership to turn revenue data into useful insights and decisions - not just reports.
General business operations
● Rapidly master monō ai’s core platform and help improve how AI is used internally.
● Administer and improve internal systems including CRM, collaboration, productivity and core business tools.
● Support People Ops core processes as required, including new joiner onboarding, leaver offboarding (including device allocation and recovery), Letter Generation and other people workflows.
● Manage user access, permissions, licenses, software records and basic systems documentation.
● Identify opportunities to consolidate tools, improve system reliability and reduce avoidable friction.
Note systems activities do not extend to specialist engineering, security or product IT infrastructure.
What success looks likeFirst 30 days
● Understand how monō ai generates, manages and delivers revenue, who owns what, and where the main friction sits.
● Build a working understanding of the platform, core systems and GTM workflows.
● Establish trust with GTM, delivery and leadership teams.
● Make core CRM, pipeline and commercial information more organised, current and visible.
● Identify the highest-value RevOps improvements for the next 60 days.
● Get across core operational processes, in particular within PeopleOps and ITOps.
First 90 days
● Give leadership greater confidence in pipeline visibility, opportunity status, forecast inputs and commercial commitments.
● Establish clearer definitions, ownership and quality controls for CRM and revenue data.
● Create clearer sales, delivery and operations handoffs, next steps and accountability.
● Simplify, document or automate recurring GTM or administrative processes, creating measurable time or quality improvements.
● Introduce a small set of useful dashboards and operating rhythms.
● Become a force multiplier for the GTM team - making the right work easier to do.
● Be a trusted and reliable supporting operator of core PeopleOps processes, managing employee onboarding and offboarding effectively and amplifying the PeopleOps team’s output and capacity.
Over time
● Build a reliable, scalable revenue operating foundation without unnecessary bureaucracy.
● Reduce time spent chasing information and increase time spent creating opportunities, winning work and delivering for clients.
● Make important commercial commitments visible, owned and completed.
● Clarify revenue performance, operating friction and improvement opportunities to support better decisions.
● Help the broader business run with increasing Velocity, Intelligence, Capacity and Experience.
What we are looking for
You may come from revenue operations, sales operations, commercial operations, business operations, consulting, professional services, technology, a startup or another demanding environment. The exact background matters less than your pattern of behaviour.
We are looking for someone who:
● Has exceptional drive, high standards and the discipline to finish what they start.
● Is curious about how businesses run and grow. Has a keen interest in how revenue systems, data and processes can improve execution.
● Leans into AI-first thinking and learns quickly across unfamiliar tools and workflows.
● Can move between detailed CRM administration and broad commercial questions, forming a view and recommending a practical next step.
● Thinks in systems, notices what is missing, takes ownership and improves processes so a small team can operate with greater leverage.
● Is organised, diligent and dependable with sensitive information and competing priorities.
● Communicates clearly, builds strong relationships and brings sound judgement to ambiguity.
● Is comfortable working with senior stakeholders and challenging the status quo constructively.
Useful prior experience: RevOps or CRM administration; pipeline management, forecasting, reporting or GTM analytics; professional services or sales-to-delivery handoffs; CRM, collaboration and automation tools; AI workflow automation; and cross-functional project delivery.
Important context
This is a high-ownership role in an early-stage company. The work will be varied, fast-moving and occasionally messy. There will be no shortage of important things to do, but not every task will arrive with a neat job description or complete set of instructions.
If you thrive in fast-paced, highly innovative environments and want to learn quickly, contribute broadly, build next-generation revenue systems and help create the foundations of a company with genuine ambition, we would love to hear from you.
