Up to £130,000 + up to 15% bonus, up to 18% pension + benefits
Working for a major financial services organisation who is investing heavily in the transformation of a major business operation as part of a wider strategic programme.
This is a rare opportunity to lead a high profile business transformation from discovery through to delivery. You will help shape the future operating model, improve customer outcomes, modernise processes and introduce new technology and automation capabilities.
This is not a role where the roadmap already exists. You will play a key role in defining it.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead a strategic business transformation programme focused on operational excellence and customer outcomes.
• Drive discovery, future state design and target operating model development.
• Influence senior stakeholders across operations, technology and regulatory functions.
• Lead organisational change, adoption and benefits realisation.
• Establish measurable outcomes, governance and transformation roadmaps.
About You:
• Proven experience leading large scale business transformation programmes.
• Strong operating model and business change experience.
• Background within financial services, banking, insurance or regulated environments.
• Skilled at stakeholder management and executive engagement.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and shaping strategy as well as delivery.
