Chrane Foodservice Solutions, a manufacturer's representative group supporting leading commercial foodservice equipment and supply brands, is hiring a Sales Operations Analyst to join our Sales team. This is an analytical, systems-oriented role that strengthens our sales operations and processes, manages Salesforce data integrity, and turns sales data into actionable coaching intelligence for our sales leadership.
What You Will Do
- Maintain Salesforce data hygiene and enforce CRM completion standards, returning incomplete submissions for correction and escalating recurring issues
- Monitor EOS scorecard compliance and lead response tracking accuracy, verify daily purchase order reports, and cross-reference rep sales and revenue figures
- Deliver weekly leading indicator dashboards and rep-specific insights ahead of 1:1 meetings, identifying trends by rep, segment, and enterprise account
- Correlate activity metrics to revenue performance and provide actionable coaching recommendations to sales leaders
- Align manufacturer ride-alongs with strategic sales priorities, ensuring pre-visit objectives are documented and post-visit ROI is tracked
- Assist with preparation and distribution of routine sales reports, and perform preliminary analysis of sales leads and opportunities, routing qualified items to the appropriate sales representative
- Manage manufacturer onboarding and offboarding activities in partnership with cross-functional departments
- Prepare meeting materials and coordinate meeting schedules for department leaders
- Document meetings and provide concise synopsis summaries, and compile and distribute manufacturer promotions to the sales team
- Provide broader sales administrative and operational support for sales leadership as needed
What We Are Looking For
- 3 to 5 years of experience in sales operations, Salesforce administration (CRM), or equivalent experience as a high-capacity executive or sales support professional with strong analytical capabilities
- Experience with commercial equipment sales and foodservice sales a plus
- Proficient working knowledge of Salesforce, including data reporting and analytics
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and dashboard building
- Comfort reinforcing data and process standards consistently across a team
- Discretion and reliability in supporting sales leadership with meeting and event preparation
- Ability to translate raw activity data into clear, actionable coaching narratives
- Ability to represent Chrane's brand, culture, and values in all interactions
Travel
Regular travel is required to attend company meetings, manufacturer events, and training as dictated by business needs.
