Role Description
Oracle CPQ- 5+ years
Remote
This is a full-time, on-site Oracle CPQ role based in Gurugram. The Oracle CPQ professional will design, configure, and maintain CPQ solutions that support complex pricing, quoting, and approval workflows for enterprise clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering and analyzing business requirements, translating them into scalable CPQ configurations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with Oracle and other enterprise applications. The role involves troubleshooting and optimizing existing CPQ implementations, preparing technical and functional documentation, and supporting users through training and issue resolution. The individual will also partner with consulting and business stakeholders to improve sales processes, enhance data quality, and drive continuous process and system improvements.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of Business Process design, optimization, and documentation, with the ability to translate business needs into CPQ solutions.
- Experience in Consulting environments, including stakeholder management, requirement gathering, and delivering client-focused technical solutions.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Applications, preferably Oracle CPQ and related modules, and familiarity with Oracle HR or other Oracle ERP/CRM components.
- Knowledge of Integration concepts, tools, and best practices for connecting Oracle CPQ with other enterprise systems and data sources.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Proficiency in configuration, scripting, or customization within CPQ or similar enterprise platforms; understanding of APIs and web services is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a focus on quality and security.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical stakeholders in fast-paced project teams.
