Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Manager – Sales Operations & Inside Sales to lead the inside sales and sales operations function, ensuring efficient enquiry handling, quotation management, order processing, customer support, and coordination with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Inside Sales & Order Processing team.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from enquiry → quotation → PO → Sales Order → dispatch.
- Ensure timely and accurate quotations, Sales Orders, invoices, and customer documentation.
- Monitor quotation TAT, order conversion, pending orders, ageing orders, and order fulfilment.
- Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Procurement, Planning, Production, Logistics, Warehouse, Engineering, and Service teams.
- Manage key customer requirements and resolve commercial/operational escalations.
- Review customer/dealer pricing, discounts, price lists, and commercial approvals.
- Prepare Daily/Weekly/Monthly MIS, sales reports, dashboards, and sales forecasts.
- Drive ERP/CRM utilization, automation, process improvement, and reporting accuracy.
- Support sales planning, collections, new product launches, exhibitions, and marketing activities.
- Define team KPIs, monitor performance, and develop team capabilities.
Candidate Profile
- Graduate/MBA with 6+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Inside Sales, Order Management, Sales Coordination, or Commercial Operations.
- Experience in B2B / Manufacturing / Engineering / Industrial Products preferred.
- Strong experience in ERP, CRM, MS Excel, MIS, pricing, order processing, and customer management.
- Excellent communication, coordination, analytical, problem-solving, and team management skills.
- Candidates with experience handling OEMs, dealers, distributors, or industrial customers will be preferred.
