Role Description The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Quikkred is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India. The CFO will oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, financial planning, cash flow management, and capital allocation. This role involves leading financial reporting and analysis, ensuring accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, and maintaining robust internal controls. The CFO will work closely with the leadership team on strategic decision-making, fundraising, investor relations, and regulatory compliance in the fintech and lending space. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing finance teams, optimizing financial processes and systems, monitoring key performance indicators, and supporting sustainable business growth.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Finance, with demonstrated experience in corporate finance and financial management.
- Expertise in Financial Planning and Financial Reporting to support budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
- Deep understanding of Financial Statements and related regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Advanced Analytical Skills, including the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Proven experience in senior finance leadership roles, preferably in fintech, banking, or lending organizations.
- Professional qualifications such as CA, CPA, CFA, MBA in Finance, or equivalent are highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Indian financial regulations, taxation, and RBI or similar regulatory frameworks.
- Ability to lead and develop diverse teams, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and communicate clearly with executive leadership and investors.
- Experience with financial systems, MIS tools, and data-driven decision-making in a fast-paced environment.
