• Coordinate across clinical, operations, sales, technology and support functions
Clinical & Operational Documentation
• Maintain and structure clinical and operational documentation
• Coordinate preparation of case-related, service and internal documents
• Ensure documentation moves correctly between relevant teams
• Maintain SOPs, checklists, trackers and operational records
• Support standardisation of internal workflows across KPCIRC and OnKommon
CRM & Business Operations
• Maintain and monitor CRM data and sales/lead pipelines
• Track enquiries, consultations, follow-ups and conversion stages
• Coordinate with sales and operations teams on pending actions
• Maintain dashboards, trackers and management-level reports
• Identify operational gaps and ensure closure
KPCIRC + OnKommon Coordination
• Understand the workflow connecting hospitals, oncologists, molecular diagnostics, navigators, clinical teams and patients
• Coordinate execution across KPCIRC services and the OnKommon platform
• Support clinical business development, partnerships and institutional workflows
• Assist in implementation of new services, products and processes
Research & Analytical Support
• Conduct structured research when required by the MD
• Prepare competitor, market, hospital, product or operational analyses
• Convert information into concise decision-ready summaries
• Support business planning, project evaluation and strategic initiatives
We are looking for someone who
• Has an MBA / MSc Management / equivalent qualification
• Is exceptionally organised and comfortable handling multiple priorities
• Has strong written and verbal communication skills
• Can work with Excel/Google Sheets, CRM systems, presentations and documentation tools
• Understands business operations rather than only administrative work
• Is comfortable working in a fast-moving healthcare / health-tech environment
• Can independently follow through on tasks without repeated supervision
• Has strong attention to detail and ownership
• Is comfortable interacting with doctors, management, vendors, partners and internal teams
Ideal background
Candidates from healthcare management, hospital administration, management consulting, health-tech, healthcare operations, startup operations, business management or strategy will be considered.
Experience in oncology or healthcare is an advantage, but execution ability, analytical thinking and ownership are more important than domain labels.
Compensation
Employment: Full-time
Reporting: Directly to the MD / MD Office
This role is suited to someone who wants exposure to healthcare, precision oncology, AI-enabled clinical systems, business operations and strategy, while working directly with the leadership team.
