About the role:
We are looking for a Sales Operations Coordinator to enhance our sales performance by ensuring seamless communication between the sales, marketing team and customer service teams, providing data analytics, supporting product knowledge training and developing reporting tools. This role is essential in driving our sales strategy and enabling our team to meet and exceed their goals.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Drive regular cross-functional communication in support of this process (e.g. with Marketing, Agent Manager, Customer Service Teams, Sales Strategy & Reliability, Advice, and Operations teams)
- Contribute to the ongoing management of market performance through data analysis and reporting.
- Improve sales systems and margins by assisting in the development of reporting tools
- Ensure systems and processes are in place to deliver training, coaching and support that will develop team members in line with strategy
- Contribute to the Fertilisers’ market strategy and annual seasonal plans in support of sales strategies
- Articulate plans in easily digestible format that sales and operational teams can interpret and execute.
- Work with L & D to ensure new employees in the Sales and Field trials areas receive planned training and guidance over their first 18 months in accordance with established training roadmaps and competency matrices.
Do you have a mix of the following skills & experience?
- Bachelor’s degree in Science (Agriculture preferred).
- Analytics certification, diploma, or degree (preferred).
- Strong ability to collaborate with teams to update technical information to meet business training needs.
- Effective communication skills, including listening, presenting, and writing.
- Ability to work alongside others to encourage accountability and support skills improvement.
- Proficiency in data analysis, business and financial reporting, and commercial acumen.
- Customer-focused approach with experience in people and sales management.
- Knowledge of agricultural systems and a self-motivated, results-driven attitude.
