KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and maintain the Salesforce instance as an Administrator/Super User with comprehensive control over configurations, customizations, and user management
- Manage deal desk meetings agenda and deal qualification criteria to deal desk meetings. Share meeting minutes with action items.
- Liaise with Opportunity owners and contract administration team in closing items flagged post opportunity closing.
- Design and develop custom reports and dashboards for critical sales metrics including sales pipeline analysis, rolling four-quarter (4Q) trends, and revenue forecasting
- Create and maintain renewal tracking reports to monitor contract renewals, customer health, and renewal pipeline status
- Build comprehensive Closed Won sales reports with detailed analysis by product, region, segment, and sales representative
- Develop sales stage reports and opportunity funnel analytics to provide visibility into the sales process and conversion metrics
- Configure custom fields, picklists, and objects to align Salesforce with TECIEM's specific business processes and terminology
- Establish and optimize Salesforce workflows and automation to improve data accuracy and reduce manual data entry
- Manage user access controls, profiles, and permissions to ensure security and appropriate data visibility
- Provide training and support to sales team members on Salesforce functionality and best practices
- Partner with sales leadership to identify new reporting needs and translate business requirements into Salesforce solutions
- Maintain data integrity through regular audits, cleanup initiatives, and quality assurance processes
- Document system configurations, standard operating procedures, and reporting methodologies
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on Salesforce administration and configuration experience
- Proven experience working in SaaS, Cloud Software, or traditional software companies with recurring revenue business models
- Advanced proficiency in Salesforce report builder and dashboard design
- Strong understanding of Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and automation
- Experience managing administrator/super user access and user permission models
- Demonstrated expertise in sales operations reporting, pipeline management, and revenue metrics
- Strong SQL knowledge or proficiency with Salesforce query tools (SOQL)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Clear communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) or Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator certification
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) for subscription/ARR businesses
- Familiarity with Salesforce Opportunity Management and forecast management configurations
- Experience implementing Salesforce for enterprise-level sales organizations
- Knowledge of Salesforce integrations (APIs, middleware, third-party tools)
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Einstein Analytics, Looker)
- Prior experience training and mentoring Salesforce users
- Background in SaaS business metrics, ARR calculations, and subscription revenue models
