hiring: senior management business operations — protip
we're looking for a senior beauty industry professional to help take protip into its next stage.
the product is out. the proof of concept is done. we've built the foundation — now we need someone who can own the business and actually scale it.
what we're looking for:
5-10 years in beauty, personal care or cosmetics — non-negotiable
a genuine read on the beauty ecosystem — how brands, salons, retailers and distributors actually think and operate
background across business development, sales, partnerships and distribution
a real network across beauty brands, salons, retailers, distributors and vendors — not a cold start
the ability to build and manage strategic partnerships and key accounts
hands-on experience with vendors, manufacturing, inventory, logistics and day-to-day ops
sharp commercial judgment — pricing, margins, negotiations, growth
an entrepreneurial mindset that builds, not just manages
this is a high-ownership role, working directly with the founder. you'll be in the middle of everything — building our distribution network and partnerships, setting up the systems that don't exist yet, and getting the business ready to scale properly.
