Role Summary
We are looking for a high ownership Business Operations & Program Manager to work closely with US business leadership and drive execution across strategic priorities.
The role will combine Business Operations, Program Management, Analytics, and Leadership Reporting, ensuring that key initiatives have clear ownership, measurable outcomes, and consistent follow-through.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with US leadership to track business performance, priorities, and strategic initiatives.
- Own end-to-end execution and governance of key cross-functional programs across Sales, Marketing, Presales, Customer Success, Partnerships, and Operations.
- Build dashboards, trackers, and reporting mechanisms to provide leadership with clear visibility.
- Drive weekly/monthly business reviews, QBRs, and operating cadences.
- Track milestones, owners, dependencies, risks, and action items and drive them to closure.
- Analyse business data and provide actionable insights to leadership.
- Prepare MBRs, QBRs, leadership decks, and executive updates.
- Coordinate between US leadership and India-based teams to ensure alignment and execution.
- Identify blockers and risks early and drive resolution across stakeholders.
- Build scalable frameworks and processes for business and program governance.
Required Experience & Skills
- 5–8 years in Business Operations, Program Management, RevOps, Strategy & Operations, or similar roles.
- Experience managing cross-functional programs and working with senior leadership.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent Excel/Google Sheets and dashboarding skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
- Strong ownership and execution mindset.
- SaaS / B2B / US business experience preferred.
