We're looking for a Group CFO who can lead capital, compliance and financial strategy across our group of companies. This is an investment-side role, not a traditional accounts role.
What you'll do:
- Lead equity, debenture and co-investment raises with the Founder
- Present to HNIs, family offices and NRI investors
- Manage RBI, SEBI, Companies Act and FEMA compliance
- Set up investment vehicles such as AIF, NBFC and SPVs
- Own portfolio valuation, cap tables and group MIS
- Build and lead the group finance team
What we're looking for:
- Chartered Accountant (CFA or MBA Finance is a plus)
- 12–18 years of experience, including 5+ in a senior finance or investment role
- Background in NBFCs, AIFs, PE/VC, investment banking, Big 4 advisory or family offices
- Proven experience raising capital from investors
