Must-Haves
- 8+ years of construction finance or accounting leadership
- Job costing, WIP, and percentage-of-completion expertise
- Project forecasting and cost-to-complete experience
- Bank, surety, and CPA relationship management
- Clear communicator with non-financial leaders
What You'll Do
Lead accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow for a growing commercial builder.
Partner with Project Managers to protect margins and improve project profitability.
Manage banking, bonding, and insurance relationships while building a strong accounting team.
