Chief Financial Officer
Roman Catholic Diocese of Biloxi | Biloxi, Mississippi
The Roman Catholic Diocese of Biloxi is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer to provide strategic financial leadership for the Diocese and its affiliated entities, including Catholic Charities, de l’Epee Deaf Center and the Catholic Foundation of Biloxi. The CFO reports directly to the Bishop and serves as a key advisor to diocesan leadership and the Diocesan Finance Council. CRA-Diocese-of-Biloxi-CFO
Key Responsibilities
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, reporting and internal controls
- Oversee audits, compliance, investments, assets, insurance and financial risk
- Advise the Bishop and senior leadership on financial strategy
- Supervise and develop the finance team
- Work collaboratively with clergy, diocesan administrators and the Finance Council CRA-Diocese-of-Biloxi-CFO CRA-Diocese-of-Biloxi-CFO
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required; 7–10 years of financial management experience, preferably within a complex nonprofit organization. CPA preferred. Candidates should possess strong financial expertise, executive presence, leadership ability and a commitment to Catholic values and the Precepts of the Church.
