The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is a full-time, on-site leadership role based at the client in Franklinton, LA. The CFO oversees all financial operations, including budgeting, financial planning, cash flow management, and long-term financial strategy to support the hospital’s mission and growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and reviewing financial statements, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, monitoring key performance indicators, and providing financial insights to the executive team and Board.
Qualifications
· Candidates should possess strong skills in Financial Planning and Finance to lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial strategy.
· Candidates should possess expertise in Financial Statements and Financial Reporting to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely financial information for internal and external stakeholders.
· Candidates should possess robust Analytical Skills to interpret financial data, evaluate operational performance, and support evidence-based decision-making.
· Extensive experience in healthcare finance or hospital financial management is highly beneficial.
· Proven leadership experience managing finance teams and collaborating with senior executives and clinical leaders.
· Thorough knowledge of GAAP, regulatory requirements, and reimbursement models relevant to healthcare organizations.
· Advanced proficiency with financial systems, spreadsheets, and reporting tools.
· Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; a master’s degree or CPA designation is preferred.
· Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders.
Pay: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
