- Develop annual budgets, rolling forecasts and financial models to support executive decision-making.
- Partner with operational and commercial leadership on job-level economics, customer profitability, pricing, margins and bid analysis.
- Evaluate capital expenditures and financing alternatives.
- Support the company's M&A strategy, including financial modeling, due diligence, transaction analysis, QoE coordination and post-close integration.
- Serve as a key financial counterpart to lenders, bankers, attorneys, CPA firms and transaction partners.
- Lead and develop the Controller and accounting organization while strengthening reporting, controls, processes and systems.
- Translate financial results into clear, actionable information for executive and operational leadership.
- Partner directly with the CEO on growth strategy, capital allocation, pricing, acquisitions and risk.

- Ability to operate strategically while remaining hands-on with the numbers and close to the business.
- Experience partnering directly with a founder, owner, CEO, board or private equity sponsor.
- Strong judgment with the confidence to challenge assumptions and provide a clear financial perspective.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline required; CPA and/or MBA preferred.
