Position Summary:
The Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) will establish and lead the Sales & Marketing Division of
the company. This role encompasses the setup of the division, the strategic direction, and the
day-to-day management of sales and marketing operations. The CRO will play a critical role in
driving revenue growth, enhancing market presence, and ensuring the successful execution of
our real estate projects. Additionally, the CRO will manage our offices in both New Delhi and
Ayodhya and will be directly involved in various other factors related to project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
● Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the overall sales and marketing strategy to
drive revenue growth and market share.
● Division Setup: Oversee the complete setup of the new Sales & Marketing Division,
including recruitment, training, and development of the team.
● Revenue Management: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to
ensure revenue targets are met or exceeded.
● Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business
opportunities, market trends, and competitive landscape.
● Brand Development: Enhance the company’s brand presence through innovative
marketing campaigns, digital marketing strategies, and public relations.
● Sales Operations: Implement effective sales processes, tools, and systems to optimize
efficiency and effectiveness.
● Customer Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with key clients,
stakeholders, and partners to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
● Office Management: Manage the operations of company's offices in New Delhi and
Ayodhya, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
● Project Execution: Be directly involved in various factors related to project execution,
ensuring timely and successful delivery of projects.
● Budget Management: Develop and manage the division’s budget, ensuring effective
allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
● Collaboration: Work closely with other departments within the company and the larger group
of companies to ensure alignment and synergy in achieving organizational goals.
● Reporting: Provide regular reports and updates to the MD on sales performance,
market trends, and strategic initiatives.
Qualifications:
● Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
● Experience: Minimum of 15 years of experience in sales and marketing, with at least 5
years in a recent leadership role within the real estate industry.
