Job Title: Chief Revenue Officer
Salary: $225,000 - $275,000 + Commission
THIS IS A REMOTE ROLE
Responsibilities
- Take the lead in utilizing medical AI to revolutionize healthcare.
- Create and implement strategic sales plans to surpass revenue goals and drive the expansion of the business.
- Establish and maintain connections with C-suite executives in healthcare institutions, such as accountable care organizations, hospital systems, health insurance companies, and more.
- Recognize and comprehend the distinct requirements of prospective customers and proficiently convey how Medical AI can fulfill those needs: lower medical expenses, boost income, enhance quality, and improve health outcomes.
- Show prospective customers the advantages of medical artificial intelligence, such as:
- Hyperpersonalized risk stratification in real time
- Forecast which patients will deteriorate, improve, or require hospitalization
- Offer Next Best Steps to reduce hospital stays and enhance patient outcomes
- Recognize individuals with unidentified illnesses
- To gain support from the C-suite, navigate challenging sales cycles and collaborate closely with the executive team
- To promote productive talks with clients, cultivate and uphold a solid understanding of medical analytics, AI technologies, and healthcare economics.
- Work together with internal departments to customize proposals for various clients, such as marketing and product development.
- Oversee the entire sales process, from generating leads to negotiating and closing contracts.
Qualifications
- Bachelors or Masters in Business Administration or related field
- 10+ years of experience in Healthcare Sales selling tech solutions/AI, NOT IT
- Proven track record of closing big, complicated agreements (+1.2 M), including expertise pitching to C-suite executives
- Comprehensive knowledge of medical economics, healthcare analytics, and the healthcare environment.
- Work experience at a high-growth Series A company all the way to the Series C stage or out.
- Possesses a proactive and self-motivated mindset in addition to the ability to independently create and carry out sales strategies
- Comfortable with being an individual contributor and leading a team
