## Key Responsibilities
- **Drive Growth**: Lead business development initiatives aimed at enhancing profitability and financial success within the U.S. market, particularly focusing on technology sales.
- **Strategic Leadership**: Collaborate with the Global CEO to shape and execute the company's strategic direction in the U.S.
- **Relationship Building**: Cultivate and strengthen relationships with key markets, clients, and stakeholders.
- **Team Leadership**: Inspire and guide the sales and marketing teams to exceed revenue targets, while monitoring team performance and implementing strategies to maximize effectiveness.
- **Performance Monitoring**: Establish and track key performance indicators to evaluate sales revenue performance.
- **Reporting**: Provide regular updates on revenue targets, sales pipeline, and overall progress to the Global CEO and Board.
- **Customer Success**: Create strategies aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction, success, and retention.
- **Sales Culture**: Foster a culture of urgency and agility within the organization.
## Requirements
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Over 10 years of senior leadership experience in the SaaS/technology industry within a B2B context.
- **Leadership Skills**: Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams with strong decision-making capabilities.
- **Strategic Vision**: Record of success in developing and implementing effective business strategies.
- **Financial Acumen**: Strong financial expertise with a history of driving profitability.
- **Communication**: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, skilled in building and maintaining relationships.
- **Innovative Mindset**: Demonstrated ability to embrace and drive innovation.
- **Customer Focus**: Deep understanding of customer needs, aligning revenue strategies with customer experience.
- **Target-Oriented**: Strong commitment to achieving and exceeding revenue targets, with an emphasis on measurable outcomes and continuous improvement.
