Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Sales Operations Manager to optimize and manage our sales processes and operations. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales operations strategies and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage and oversee daily sales operations, including order processing, data management, and sales reporting.
- Analyze sales performance metrics and generate reports to provide insights and support decision-making.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to identify and address operational challenges and opportunities for improvement.
- Coordinate with other departments (e.g., marketing, finance) to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
- Oversee the implementation and management of sales tools and technologies, such as CRM systems.
- Provide training and support to the sales team on operational processes, tools, and best practices.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with sales policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in sales operations, sales management, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, metrics, and performance management.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
