Position Overview:
Aroris Health is seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to lead the company’s revenue growth initiatives. In this full-time executive role, the CRO will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive revenue strategy, aligning all revenue-generating departments, and driving sustainable growth. Key Responsibilities:
• Revenue Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive revenue strategy that aligns with Aroris Health’s long-term goals, encompassing sales, marketing, customer success, and product development.
• Cross-Functional Alignment: Ensure that all revenue-related departments, including sales, marketing, and product, work cohesively towards common goals, optimizing processes and improving communication.
• Strategic Partnerships: Cultivate and manage strategic partnerships with key industry players, including private equity firms, health systems, and financial institutions, to drive revenue growth.
• Revenue Operations: Oversee the scalability and efficiency of revenue operations, including sales enablement, pricing strategies, and forecasting.
• Leadership and Team Management: Lead cross-functional leadership teams, ensuring alignment with the company’s revenue goals. Mentor and develop department heads to enhance overall performance.
• Forecasting and Analytics: Lead revenue forecasting efforts, providing accurate and insightful projections to guide the company’s strategic decisions.
Qualifications:
• Experience: Proven experience as a CRO, VP of Sales, or in a similar executive role within a high-growth company.
• Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of revenue operations, sales processes, strategic marketing, and healthcare revenue cycle management.
• Leadership Skills: Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to align diverse teams towards a common goal.
• Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to develop and execute long-term revenue strategies and adapt to changing market conditions.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
