Our client is a leading GPS Tracking business based in western Sydney who is looking for a sales operations contractor. This is a temp-perm role with an IMMEDIATE START.
The role is office based with parking onsite.
The Role
You will have the ability to support and administer sales whilst engaging with clients and building relationships both internally and externally.
This is a contract temp-perm role with a key focus on sales administration, job sheet followup and after sales support.
What They Are Looking For
- Preferably experience as an administrator or similar customer service / business coordinator role
- Customer focussed and comfortable in a client facing role if necessary
- Resilient, positive, numerate and detail oriented
- Organised and able to prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment
- Curious and eager to learn
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- IT literate (MS Office, CRM’s, internet, email systems with experience with Netsuite)
Experience with Netsuite as an ERP is a key criteria for this role as knowing the system is crucial to be successful .
