Overview:
As the Chief Revenue Officer, reporting directly to the CEO, you will oversee the sales and marketing teams and hire a customer success team. You will play a pivotal role in driving the company's transition into an international enterprise software powerhouse within the healthcare sector. Your strategic vision and hands-on leadership will propel growth, streamline processes, and ensure unparalleled customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead International Expansion: Drive the company's growth into new global markets.
- Develop and Execute Growth and Revenue Strategies: Craft comprehensive strategies for revenue growth, including in-depth market and competition analysis.
- Lead Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success Teams: Set objectives, monitor performance, and optimise processes to maximise team success.
- Innovate Lead Generation: Create and implement innovative strategies to attract and convert high-quality prospects while enhancing the brand's market presence.
- Maximise ROI of Campaigns: Ensure that marketing and communication campaigns deliver strong returns on investment.
- Ensure Excellence in Product Deployment: Maintain high standards in product deployments and continually enhance customer satisfaction.
- Manage Budgets: Oversee budgets for the Primary Care, Enterprise, and Secondary Care business units.
- Build Strategic Partnerships: Establish and maintain partnerships to strengthen market position.
- Utilise Data Analytics: Leverage data to inform strategies and track performance metrics.
- Develop and Mentor Teams: Create a culture of excellence by mentoring and developing your teams.
Candidate Requirements:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Extensive Experience: 10+ years in senior leadership roles with a proven track record of driving SaaS revenue.
- Industry Expertise: Deep knowledge of medical or healthcare software/SaaS and direct and indirect go-to-market models.
- Proven Growth Achievement: Demonstrated success in scaling company revenue from over $5 million to over $20 million.
- Hands-On Leadership: A proactive professional who actively leads by example and understands the energy output required to be successful in this role.
- Analytical and Strategic Skills: Exceptional analytical and strategic planning capabilities.
- Strong Communication and Negotiation Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Excellent CRM Skills: Familiarity with CRM software and other business productivity tools.
- International Mindset: Experience managing diverse, international teams, willing to travel extensively.
- Located in France, the UK or Belgium (ideally Paris, London, Brussels).
