Role Description The Business Operations Manager is a full-time, one-year fixed-term hybrid role based in Vancouver, BC, with flexibility to work from home. Working closely with Teumo Health’s leadership, you will coordinate day-to-day operations, translate strategic priorities into actionable plans, and support the implementation of our services across clinics and healthcare organizations. This hands-on role includes coordinating clinic onboarding and workflows, researching regulatory, privacy, licensing, and operational requirements across Canadian provinces, maintaining compliance and implementation documentation, and keeping projects, stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables on track. You will also support clinician and employee recruitment, organize meetings and follow up on action items, research new markets and partnerships, contribute to marketing and communications initiatives, and help develop the processes and operational infrastructure required for Teumo Health’s continued growth.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of relevant professional experience in business operations, project management, healthcare administration, consulting, business development, or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in business, health sciences, healthcare administration, life sciences, or another relevant discipline.
- Exceptional organizational and project-management skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to independently research unfamiliar topics, synthesize information, and translate findings into practical recommendations and action plans.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate documentation across multiple projects.
- Comfortable communicating professionally with clinicians, healthcare organizations, business partners, candidates, and other stakeholders.
- Demonstrated initiative and ability to move projects forward with limited supervision.
- Strong problem-solving skills and comfort working in a dynamic environment where priorities may evolve quickly.
- Proficiency with common productivity, communication, and project-management tools.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment with regular in-person attendance.
