Joining Deal Desk Operations is a unique opportunity to work closely with our salespeople and support them to do what they do best - sell. An effective Deal Desk Analyst uses a mix of critical thinking, creativity, excellent communication and relationship building skills. Success in this position requires you to be a self-starter with proven problem-solving skills. In this position you will work cross-functionally with our Sales Operations, Order Management, and Legal teams to provide quoting and deal structuring support to the Imperva Thales Sales Team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide pricing, deal structuring and quoting support to our sales teams after training. Develop in depth knowledge of pricing models, deal scoring and product configuration
- Respond to and resolve internal Sales questions about products, SKUs, GTM programs, operational processes and product configuration
- Partner with Order Management team to resolve administrative issues at time of booking, as required
- Proactively review sales opportunities to ensure completeness. Work with sales reps to help triage issues and inquiries
- Guide and assist sales reps with progressing their SFDC opportunities and quotes to help close deals with our partners and customers
- Facilitate training sessions with new hire sales reps covering an introduction to Deal Desk as well as SFDC opportunity and quote creation processes
