Job Description
The Sales Operations Specialist position has different angles: Analytics, Sales process, Salesforce Administrator and user support in the daily business. The role operates as a part of a global, English speaking team, and works closely with our core German speaking user group, therefore fluency in both languages is required.
Analytics
- Prepare and / or improve reports and dashboards requested by Management
- Ensure good data quality by constantly reviewing the CRM data based on defined criteria
- Knowing the business requirements to provide pro-actively the data to management
- Contribute to the definition of the future business strategy
Sales Process and CRM – Salesforce Administration
- Own the end-to-end process of tracking the sales funnel
- Design new business processes, brief technical team to set up these processes and test them, align with stakeholders and management and train users on new processes
- Being close to the business (participation in sales meetings) to find gaps in processes and recommend process improvements
Support the commercial organization – daily business
- Main contact person for all internal colleagues regarding CRM system user issues and questions in terms of Salesforce and support them primarily via a ticket system, e-mail and telephone calls as well as screen sharing
- Qualification of reported faults and solving them independently or together with technical experts
Qualifications
- Bachelor or Master's d degree in Business Administration or similar
- At least 3 years of experience in a back-office or detail-orientated role: finance, banking, commercial operations, customer service, sales support, etc.
- Previous experience in an IT company or large organization is a plus
- Openness to familiarizing yourself with our CRM System and its customizations, ideally you have already Salesforce experience
- Solid knowledge of the common Office products especially Excel, Power Point and outlook
- Good sense of priorities and a structured way of working and deep attention to details
- Strong communication skills and customer orientation as well as social skills
- Fluent German and English language skills
