We are currently looking for a highly motivated
Sales Operations Associate (M/F/D) to join our

The Sales Operation Associate (M/F/D) belongs to the global Sales Operations organization, a dedicated team to cover our customers’ needs from administrative questions through shipping documentation to logistical requirements. The Sales Operations Associate (M/F/D) is the key expert to manage customer sales orders in the ERP system including invoicing.
Principle Duties And Essential Functions
- Sales Order Processing for a defined region(s) or set of customer accounts
- Check of customer purchase orders according to the “Clean Order Principle” and the “4- Eye-principle” in the CRM tool
- Order entry into the ERP system, co-ordination of orders with operational departments
- Preparation and issue of order acknowledgements, packing lists and invoices
- Preparation of customs documentation as required
- Raise credit notes as required
- Assist the Finance Department with customer account queries
- Administration of customer loans and evaluations
- Handling customer requests regarding information, pricing, product ability, shipment details
- Sales order processing according to the revenue recognition rules as per IFRS/SOX
Knowledge, Skills And Experience Required
- Completed apprenticeship in an industrial company or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economic Science, Industrial Engineering or equivalent
- Working experience desired, preferably with background in order management, logistics, trade compliance or equivalent
- Good knowledge in MS Office and ERP landscapes (SAP or similar)
- Team orientation, high motivation, responsiveness, assertiveness, commitment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and German
