You’ll be responsible for optimizing sales practices, ensuring data accuracy, and managing our sales tech stack. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in SaaS sales operations, excellent people management skills, and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to capture business requirements and implement new sales and customer-related processes
- Developing and implementing sales processes for sales teams, specialists and other representatives
- Ensure high levels of data quality and process consistency in sales and marketing systems
- Analyze sales data, take action, and measure impact to support decision-making
- Manage the overall sales tech stack, including Salesforce, Apollo, Trumpet and other sales tools
- Creating and managing process automation to increase sales process efficiency
- Partner with marketing teams in determining customer outreach methods
- Serve as a liaison between teams and upper management
REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS
- Bachelor’s degree in business or other relevant fields
- Proven experience in sales operations, business analysis, or sales support management
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal skills for cross-functional and international collaboration
- Experience with sales tech stack management, particularly Salesforce
- Strong analytical skills
- Research and reporting skills to analyze sales data and consumer trends to create sales forecasts
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $105,000-$120,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
