**Key Responsibilities**
- **Strategic Planning & Execution:** Partner with the revenue cycle team to align plans with organizational goals, particularly in strengthening financial performance. Conduct regular reviews and adjust plans to meet or exceed targets.
- **Performance Improvement:** Lead initiatives to optimize all aspects of the revenue cycle. Regularly monitor and evaluate performance to implement necessary improvements.
- **Leadership Development:** Mentor and provide constructive feedback to the Revenue Cycle leadership team. Assess skill gaps and facilitate training and resources where needed.
- **Standardization & Documentation:** Oversee the development of standardized procedures across all revenue cycle activities. Ensure clear and accessible documentation of policies for the organization.
- **System Implementation & Automation:** Engage in the implementation of new revenue cycle systems and explore automation opportunities to enhance operational efficiency. Ensure adherence to relevant laws and regulations.
- **Stakeholder Liaison:** Serve as a key point of contact for physicians and stakeholders on revenue cycle information and projects.
- **Collaboration:** Work with physician leaders and department managers on tailored revenue cycle initiatives.
- **Special Projects:** Take on special projects or additional duties as assigned by senior leadership.
**Qualifications & Experience**
- Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of experience in a Revenue Cycle department.
- Minimum of 3 years in a senior-level healthcare financial management position.
