Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to join a strategic enterprise program based in Dallas, USA. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing high-performing solutions across the Salesforce ecosystem, with a heavy emphasis on Salesforce CPQ, Apex, and Lightning Web Components (LWC). You will work closely with Product Owners, Solutions Architects, QA engineers, and customer stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical designs, configure complex product catalog rules and pricing structures, and manage end-to-end custom application development within Sales and Service Cloud environments.
To succeed in this position, you should bring 6 to 7 years of core Salesforce development experience, demonstrating deep expertise in Apex classes, triggers, asynchronous frameworks (Batch and Queueable), unit testing, and custom LWC user interfaces. A strong foundation in Salesforce Administration—including security models, advanced automation flows, and validation rules—is essential, as is a proven track record of handling REST/SOAP API integrations, performance tuning, production support, and defect resolution. Candidates who possess practical experience with deployment tools (such as Git, Salesforce DX, Copado, or Jenkins) and exhibit exceptional communication and collaborative problem-solving skills will be given top preference.
