Your role within the team
The CDC Sales Operations Admin Assistant is responsible for efficiently supporting the Sales Operations & CDC ANZ Channel teams. The assist in the implementation of CDC sales strategies with data insights through sales data management and analysis.
Key responsibilities include:
- Sales Data Management and Analysis:
- Analysing sales data to identify sales and market trends,
- Demand forecasting,
- Sales strategies.
- Sales Data Reporting:
- Generating and presenting sales report that support decision-making and strategic and demand planning.
- Inventory Management:
- Managing both company and customer inventory level
- Cross-functional collaboration

- Extremely fluent in Chinese and English writing and speaking,
- Advanced Excel & other Microsoft Office skills
- CBEC (Cross-border E-Commerce) business knowledge is an advantage
