Sales Operations Manager

Sales Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan that expands our customer base and extends the company's global presence
- Engage with potential clients to build long-lasting relationships that meet their needs
- Recruit, train, coach, and monitor sales representatives to ensure optimal performance
- Identify and address knowledge gaps within the team, creating plans to fill them
- Ensure company quotas are met by conducting daily check-ins with the sales team to set objectives and monitor progress
- Manage, track, and forecast sales performance KPIs, including Funnel Coverage, Pipeline Health, MQLs, SQLs, Cross-sell Calls, Opportunity Advancement, Demo Kit Fulfillment, and Deal Conversion
- Drive results to support strong year-over-year growth for the business
Employee Management Duties:
- Identify, recruit, and retain top talent to build a strong sales team
- Conduct thorough and engaging product training for new employees to ensure successful onboarding
- Host weekly sales team meetings to review pipeline opportunities and ensure healthy funnel coverage to meet monthly targets
- Conduct 30/60/90-day performance evaluations for new hires, providing ongoing informal feedback and formal bi-annual performance reviews
- Review the Sales Incentive Commission Program with the President, offering suggestions to enhance motivation and drive higher sales performance
- Oversee the service team, ensuring compliance with SLAs and monitoring performance
Credentials:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, hospitality, education, or a related field
- Five or more years of experience managing sales teams
- Proven success across all stages of the sales process, from planning to closing
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Strong leadership capabilities
- Demonstrated success in consistently exceeding sales quotas
- Willingness to travel at least 20% of the time.
