They are partnered with leading brands that have a strong domestic and international footprint, standing as a true pillar in the world of retail.
There is now an exciting (and rare) opportunity to join this business as their National Sales & Operations Manager – Wholesale.
Position Overview
As National Sales & Operations Manager, you will become a vital member of the SLT and broader business. Reporting to the Company Director, you will be responsible for the overall operations of the business, whilst driving revenue growth through wholesale sales strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales | You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, budget management, forecasting financial performance and managing financial goals & KPIs.
- Operations | You will oversee daily operations, ensuring effective planning and strategy. You will nurture and consolidate relationships with international partners, identifying and addressing key opportunities for the business.
- Leadership & Management | You will be responsible for managing a large team with the responsibility of multiple direct and indirect reports. Your leadership style will foster an environment of culture, collaboration and high-performance.
- Strategic Planning | You will identify key business opportunities and maintain robust relationships with internal/external stakeholders. You will contribute to the implementation of strategic business development plans to drive company growth and core business outcomes.
- Operational Efficiency | As a member of the SLT, you will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring operational efficiency and excellence across multiple areas of the business. You will uphold a positive working environment, and cultivate a environment for innovation, collaboration and growth.
Candidate Background
The successful candidate will have a demonstrated career and tenure within the footwear/apparel wholesale industry, preferably with experience in SME or a smaller business unit.
You will demonstrate strong commercial acumen and analytical ability, coupled with hands-on people management experience and leadership.
You will be able to operate autonomously and manage competing priorities effectively, without compromising on attention to detail.
You will have a natural ability to develop trust and rapport with relevant stakeholders and colleagues through authenticity, integrity and highly developed interpersonal skills.
