Our clients are trying to change the way consumers experience brands and businesses. Their first product was a cart and checkout platform for e-commerce, that allowed marketers to personalise discounts, rewards, and payments. They are currently also working on a new product that takes it a notch up higher by unlocking enterprise-grade personalization for all consumer tech businesses.
Team & Role
It was started by three co-founders: ex-IIT Kharagpur, ex-IIT Bombay, ex-IIT Madras. They are a team of ~35 people now (with team members joining from Livspace, Gupshup, Setu etc.). They are located in Koramangala, Bengaluru. Furthermore, they closed their first seed round at $2.6M with Tiger Global, TQ and Better last year. And they’re just getting started!
As the Revenue Head, you will be our strategic leader responsible for all aspects of revenue generation, including marketing, sales, and GTM strategy. You will lead and develop high-performing teams to achieve ambitious revenue goals.
Here’s what you will do:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive GTM strategy that aligns with the overall business objectives.
- Lead and manage the marketing and sales teams, setting clear goals, priorities, and KPIs.
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns to generate leads, build brand awareness, and drive sales.
- Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing deals and customer onboarding.
- Ensure profitability and sustainable growth by optimising pricing, cost structures, and revenue streams.
- Monitor key financial metrics and provide regular reports to the executive team.
- Recruit, develop, and retain top talent within the marketing and sales teams.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and identify new market opportunities.
- Analyse data and metrics to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as product and engineering, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
We are looking for someone with:
- Minimum of 9-11 years of experience in a revenue leadership role within a high-growth SaaS company.
- Proven track record of success in developing and executing GTM strategies.
- Deep understanding of B2B marketing and sales principles.
- Experience building and managing high-performing marketing and sales teams.
