Roles and Responsibilities
1. Reports and Dashboards:
- Analyze sales, marketing, and customer data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards in HubSpot and Power BI, providing actionable insights to management.
- Build and customize HubSpot automation using workflows, sequences, and reports.
- Review data regularly and provide actionable insights to the management team.
- Perform ad hoc analyses to address specific problem statements.
2. Tools and Integration:
- Manage the GTM tech stack, optimizing data infrastructure and integrating tools with CRM systems using APIs.
- Monitor and evaluate cost-effective tool alternatives to enhance system and process efficiency.
3. Data Systems & Infrastructure:
- Lead initiatives to address data structure challenges as part of continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align data management setups and streamline revenue processes.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency by upholding data governance best practices for a clean and reliable database.
4. Reporting and Documentation:
- Document process changes and improvements, updating the Rules of Engagement (ROE) document for GTM reference.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, Data Analysis, or a related role.
- Experience with CRM systems and advanced integration knowledge using APIs.
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with large datasets.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and process improvement.
- Adaptable to a rapidly changing work environment with a strong work ethic and ownership mindset.
- A proactive, solution-oriented approach to problem-solving. Experience in SaaS is a bonus.
