The Sales Operations Manager is responsible for all sales processes for the organization, including improving the performance, productivity, efficiency, and profitability of departmental and organizational operations through the provision of effective methods and strategies. The Sales Operations Manager is responsible for creating and maintaining beneficial relationships with all vendor partnerships related to the sales department. The Sales Operations Manager is responsible for the effectiveness of consumer financing activities, contract retention and pricing, resource allocation and capacity management, and for recruitment, training, and management of all staff under his/her direct report.
YOU WILL:
- Supports the sales team with process improvement, measurement, tracking and analytics relevant to their functional areas.
- Enhances sales productivity by empowering the team to work smarter by simplifying processes and technology integrations.
- Creates monthly content for executive presentations and team reporting.
- Tracks and analyzes key metrics in all markets to design and execute training plans at a tactical level across the sales organization.
- Oversees the end-to-end process of tracking the sales and operational metrics and delivers regular insights to the business; defines and delivers techniques to improve the performance for the sales management team.
- Supports the sales department with all training needs in partnership with sales leadership and training department.
- Integrates the sales process to enhance previous customers and upsell processes.
- Maintains regular check-ins with Sales Managers, Sales Trainers, Sales Representatives, and others who contribute to opportunity development to determine how sales opportunities are tracking and to identify any problems for internal review and problem solving.
- Maintains and enhances vendor relationships within the sales team and across the organization for effectiveness and efficiency.
- Manages the sales methodology and all technology related to sales department.
- Oversees and manages the consumer finance division and personnel; negotiates and maintains contract agreements, approvals and declines; facilitates communication between vendors and the sales leadership team; manages the process for finance declines and all associated paperwork.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
YOU NEED:
- Education and Experience: Bachelors’ Degree, 2-4 years of prior leadership experience required, any equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience with SAP or similar ERP system strongly desired.
- Licenses and Certifications: Ability to obtain/maintain MHIC Salesperson License.
This position is full-time EXEMPT (NOT eligible for overtime)

Pay: $85,000.00 - $93,000.00 per year
