Chief Financial Officer
Truity Partners is partnering with a private equity backed manufacturing company to identify an experienced CFO. This is an excellent opportunity for an established CFO who enjoys working closely with operations, developing a team and helping shape a company’s growth. With multiple facilities, the business has invested in acquisitions and capital equipment to support its next phase of growth.
This hands-on leadership role will partner closely with the President and investors to strengthen financial visibility, improve operating performance and turn growth opportunities into measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as a strategic partner to the President, leadership team and investors, translating financial insights into clear recommendations and action plans.
• Strengthen cost accounting, product and customer margin analysis, and plant-level reporting to improve profitability.
• Lead financial planning, forecasting, cash flow and working capital management, while overseeing accounting and financial reporting.
• Evaluate capital investments and growth opportunities, improve capacity utilization and support integration across the two businesses.
• Develop the finance team, improve systems and processes, and manage board and banking relationships.
Ideal Background:
• Proven CFO experience in a manufacturing or industrial business, ideally within the lower middle market.
• Strong understanding of multi-site operations, costing and working capital.
• A track record of improving profitability and cash generation in a lean, hands-on environment.
• Private equity experience strongly preferred, with the confidence to challenge assumptions constructively and drive accountability.
