Job Title: Director of Revenue Growth

Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Director of Revenue Growth to drive our company's revenue optimization initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, marketing, and business development, with a proven track record of enhancing revenue streams in a competitive market environment. Experience in the e-commerce and healthcare sectors is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to increase company revenue, focusing on new and existing markets.
- Analyze and interpret data to identify growth opportunities, trends, and market demands.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product development teams to align strategies and ensure consistent messaging.
- Lead efforts to optimize pricing, packaging, and sales processes to maximise profitability in all channels (Online, Blended and In-person Training)
- Establish and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and drive performance improvements.
- Foster relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to inform strategic decisions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in revenue growth, sales, or business development roles.
- Proven experience in the call center, e-commerce and/or healthcare industries is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Proficiency in using CRM, data analytics tools, and revenue management systems.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale revenue initiatives.
- Background in digital marketing and e-commerce strategies.
