The Executive Assistant to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) provides confidential administrative support to the office of the CRO. Duties may be clerical, administrative and project-based and include scheduling travel, arranging meetings, planning events, handling information requests, preparing reports and correspondence and liaising with senior contacts, other Executive leadership team members, and Board members. This position is often privy to confidential information and as such, requires diplomacy and discretion. Executive Assistant duties and responsibilities include providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The role supports managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. The role is responsible for confidential and time sensitive material, with an ability to effectively communicate via phone and email ensuring that all duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.
The CRO is seeking a candidate with extreme attention to detail. This role requires a partner who can juggle the multiple demands on the CRO’s time with ease and grace. The role requires someone who can balance a high number of internal and external meeting requests and prioritize appropriately. The role needs someone who can make decisions on behalf of the CRO and proactively anticipate and identify the needs of the CRO and her team and is a culture carrier — juggling competing priorities seamlessly and with a smile. And, someone who is willing to go above and beyond to manage changing calendar commitments and seamless global travel scheduling. You must be able to juggle a lot of information and action items with ease. In addition, the CRO would like for the EA to craft team communications, translate written documents and notes into decks/docs, and plan events for the team within the budget requirements established by the CRO and her Finance lead.
Primary Responsibilities:
Handling office tasks, such as generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies
Providing real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts. Proactive calendar management
Making domestic and international travel arrangements, such as booking flights, cars, and making hotel and restaurant reservations. Ensuring seamless travel experience for the CRO
Booking meeting rooms and venues for CRO meetings, offsites, and presentations
Screening phone calls and routing callers to the appropriate party
Transcribing minutes from meetings, create presentations, and conduct research
Gathering inputs from appropriate stakeholders and preparing materials for the CROs 1:1 meetings with ELT members, GED/EICs and MDs
Ensuring the CRO has access to or copies of materials that will be reviewed and discussed in her meetings
Greeting and assisting visitors. Maintaining professional communication via phone and email
Anticipating the needs of others in order to ensure their seamless and positive experience
Representing the office of the CRO
Working with a global team in different time zones
Managing schedules and handling phone calls
Processing expenses, planning and coordinating meetings and organizing team social activities (onsite and offsite)
Mentor and provide leadership/guidance to other assistants that support the CRO organization
Skills & Qualifications:

10+ years of administrative/office experience supporting a C-Suite executive
15+ years of administrative experience
College degree required
Experience with international travel required
Extremely computer savvy. Proficiency with Google suite products (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, etc.) is strongly preferred.
Candidate should be smart, motivated, personable, detail oriented and be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Strong writing and verbal communication skills
The expected base salary range for this position is from $100K to $135K. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including but not limited to relevant skills, training, experience, and education.
In addition to salary and a generous employee benefits package, successful candidates may also be eligible to receive discretionary bonus compensation.
