Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Revenue Operations Manager to join our dynamic team and lead our Go-to-Market (GTM) and revenue operations initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing end-to-end revenue operations processes, as well as developing and executing Go-to-Market strategies.
Your responsibilities:
- Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of revenue operations processes.
- Develop and execute Go-to-Market strategies for new products or services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align processes and drive operational efficiency.
- Lead change initiatives and drive organizational adoption of new processes, systems, and GTM strategies.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess revenue operations effectiveness.
- Provide guidance, and mentorship to revenue operations team members.
Your profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- Experience in sales operations/revenue operations, or a similar role within a technology startup or fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to derive insights from complex datasets.
- Expertise in sales processes, CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), and marketing automation tools.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to align revenue operations with overall business goals.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different departments and levels of the organization.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on revenue growth and operational excellence.
