Job Description
In this role, the Manager of Sales Operations will:
Develop, enhance and reinforce strategic analytics tools and processes.

Assist in the establishment, reinforcement and socialization of key performance indicators that reflect strategic vs activity metrics

Ensure respective data analytics tools are aligned with strategy and market dynamics
-
Continually explore solutions and recommend ways to improve on tools and resources

Explore and implement Generative AI solutions
Drive Commercial Excellence Through Data Analytics Training and Adoption:
-
Establish training curriculum that aligns with sales strategy and contains both tactical and practical applications
-
Facilitate training as key elements of onboarding, phased learning, regional meeting and on-demand requests
-
Ensure commercial excellence and adoption through analysis and proactive engagement to ensure compliance
-
Evaluate Customer Allegiance Score (CAS) detractor trending, coordinate workflow and be responsible for pull through for North America commercial team
Provide data analytics to support business and reporting needs:
-
Meet the needs and timelines for distribution and explanation of respective Sales Analytics
-
Handle routine reviews and communications (i.e.., Daily Sales, Funnel Health, Win Rate, PowerBI and Key Performance Indicator metrics...)

Recognize the need and meet the demands for Marketing Analytics

Respond to additional data analytics requests from leadership and field sales team members
Ensure Sales Operations Communication and Collaboration: This will include but is not limited to:

Proactively engage with EU and International teams to standardize reviews and processes

Maintain an accurate pulse through routine co-travel and routine collaboration with salespeople

Collaborate with SDG aligned initiatives to pull through aligned initiatives
-
Work closely with training team and CRM Administration to remain aligned on funnel health and critical initiatives
- Continue the Deshae and Edward show to drive positive culture and bring meaningful updates to the team
Compensation and Benefits
The salary range estimated for this position based in California is $112,500.00–$168,750.00.
