The client is in the ITES/BPO space and is looking to hire a Director Operations for their team at Hyderabad.

Job Description:
- The role involves accountability for customer relationship management, service delivery & solutions, leading a strong workforce, and accountability for P&L
- Envisioning the value-add that our capabilities can offer mapping it with the customer needs and translating them into winning opportunities for the organization and its customers
- Create opportunities by mapping customer needs to bring in new growth deals in customer accounts to meet and surpass the operating plan
- Understanding our capabilities vis-à-vis the marketplace and the competitor offering; driving strategic sales initiatives.
- Mapping the accounts at the leadership level in the customer organization globally; to build/maintain high-impact customer engagement.
- Sound financial & commercial business acumen, should have owned a P&L end-to-end
- Provide strategic guidance and leadership to different programs running in the operating unit
- Strengthen all support functions areas such as technology, HR, transition, quality, IT & process automation, training, etc.
Skills Required:
- Minimum of 15+ years in the digital presence, and digital marketing domain, including at least 10 years in account management at a strategic level.
- Should have a proven record in managing high-profile customers and generating sales in the Digital Presence, Digital Marketing industry, Finance, and Delivery.
- Experience offering one or more of the following capabilities: Global Business Services, Digital Transformation, High-End Key Account/Relationship Management with a focus on building business.
- Prior experience in heading operations in a KPO setup in a (500+ headcount) environment with sound experience in setting up, scaling, selling, and delivering shared services models across different regions
- Significant change management experience.
- Good influencing and communication skills with a pleasing and approachable personality.
- Solid pedigree of scaling up the business, shaping up the Hi-performance team and keeping them motivated.
- Should have graduated in science, engineering, management or commerce, or any related field from a reputed university.
