Role Overview:
We are seeking an analytical and detail-oriented Associate Sales Operations to manage and optimize our Leadsquared CRM system for the Domestic B2C vertical. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with CRM process creation and automation, and will ideally hold an LSQ Admin certification.
Key Responsibilities:
- CRM Management: Oversee and manage Leadsquared CRM for the Domestic B2C vertical, ensuring optimal performance and integration with sales processes.
- Process Development: Design and implement efficient processes and workflows within the CRM to enhance sales operations and productivity.
- Automation: Create and manage automation workflows in Leadsquared to streamline sales processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Data Analysis: Analyze CRM data to generate actionable insights and reports, supporting data-driven decision-making.
- Troubleshooting: Address and resolve any issues related to CRM processes, integrations, or user queries.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and operations teams to understand their needs and tailor CRM functionalities accordingly.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven experience in managing and optimizing CRM systems, with a strong focus on process creation and automation.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to leverage CRM data to drive insights and improvements.
- Certification: LSQ Admin certification is a significant advantage.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Leadsquared CRM and its features, including process automation and reporting.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Gurgaon/Noida.
