Avenue Impact is seeking a proactive, organised and results-driven Business Operations & Growth Coordinator to support our growing business. The successful candidate will work closely with the Director to coordinate business operations, supervise the sales team, drive revenue growth, oversee successful delivery of training and digital products

Responsibilities:

Good understanding of social media management and digital marketing strategy, including content planning, campaign execution, lead generation, and performance measurement.
Strong commercial awareness and ability to drive business growth.
Excellent organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities, meet deadlines and work independently.
Proficiency with Google Workspace, spreadsheets and digital collaboration tools.
Familiarity with CRM systems and customer relationship management is an advantage.
Experience in education, professional training, or professional services is desirable.
