Sales Operations Analyst

The key responsibilities of this role will involve ensuring overall effectiveness and efficiency of sales operations for large key accounts. It involves data analytics, planning, forecasting as well as customer engagement.
Responsibilities
· Data analytics; sales history, processes, systems, account operations and data flow
· Work with Senior Management to create, develop and implement new SOP’s, strategies, sales goals and objectives
· Maintain CRM system and ensure integrity of account, pricing and sales history data.
· Preparing detailed reports and dashboards
· Ensuring stock availability of parts and materials to ensure timely service for key accounts
· Budgeting, forecasting and planning
· Optimizing sales and operational efficiency through process improvements
· Analyzing profit margins, industry pricing standards, customer returns and overall profitability of accounts.
· Customer engagement and communications and managing large key accounts to ensure optimal service
Qualifications
· Post secondary education in Business or related field preferred
· Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Sales Analyst role
· Experience in manufacturing environment is mandatory for this role.
· Excellent computer proficiency with Excel (Advanced) and CRM. 365 experience would be preferred.
· Strong attention to detail and ability to create accurate and comprehensive reports and spreadsheets
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
